Return & Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is in original packaging (if applicable)

To start a return, please contact us at our email before sending anything back.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

We can offer exchanges depending on stock availability. If you need a different size or item, contact us first.


Faulty or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A faulty item
  • A damaged item
  • Or the wrong item

Please contact us immediately with photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
